Steve Hillard
President and CEO
Steve Hillard is President and CEO of H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC, leading the company’s growth and integration efforts, including the recent acquisition of RFR Manufacturing, H3’s Oxford operations are now lead by Alex Williams through whom H3 endeavors to continue the Williams family legacy. With a focus on H3’s mantra of “Precision, People, Purpose” and strategic expansion of manufacturing capabilities, Steve drives H3 to deliver advanced precision manufacturing solutions that meet evolving customer requirements.
Alex Williams
Director of Operations – Oxford
Alex joined RFR in 2016 after spending three years in product development in the Engineering & Manufacturing Services industry. He graduated NCSU with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and brings cross-disciplinary insight as it relates to our customers and their products. In this evolving industry, Alex helps set the future vision to maintain and grow our customers’ success.
Tim Cottrell
Materials/Purchasing
Tim Cottrell joined RFR in 2015. A graduate of NCSU ’81, Tim has extensive experience in material and fastener procurement using lean principles and strategic management. Locating the highest quality components at competitive prices to ensure customer satisfaction is the goal of RFR’s purchasing department.
Daniel Pope
Engineering Manager
Daniel Pope joined RFR in 2004 bringing his 30 years of experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing, CNC programming, solid modeling, and designing enclosures.
Tim Raynor
Sales Engineer
Tim Raynor joined the RFR family in 2001 as Sales Engineer. He has worked in the precision metal fabrication industry for 30 years and his experience includes setup reduction, supervision, project management, participation on safety committees, team building, estimating, customer service, order entry, sales, and marketing.
Charles Anderson
Quality Manager
Charles Anderson brings 25 years of manufacturing experience, including 20 years specifically in automotive manufacturing. His expertise spans a wide range of processes such as CNC machining, gear cutting, stamping, forming, heat treatment, and welding. Throughout his career, Charles has designed and installed multiple production processes and developed gauging systems to support them. He has played a key role in leading several plants through ISO and IATF (automotive) certifications. Additionally, Charles has extensive experience working with numerous automotive customers, including the Big Three and Toyota.
Tracy Beal
Office Manager
Tracy began working with the company 28 years ago as a receptionist and has grown with the business. In November 1999, she became Office Manager of RFR.
